Excellent service. Just one thing, I was told that we could rent another storage looking do the ones with yellow tag. My husband did not find any but fortunately someone that was moving staff the same day helped him out.

I’ve had a lot of storage units before this one. It’s by far the best! Easy access to units, nice elevators, very clean, and pretty great price TBH. Only complaint is there are some carts that are harder to navigate then others. But make sense they are used a lot

The facility is super clean and easy to navigate. The availability of carts is such a great idea and made moving in to my unit so much easier. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get into the actual storage place, you have to navigate through a small parking lot unless you go down the road and make a u-turn and come in using the turning lane. I was driving a 26 foot truck and that was the only option for me.

I opted to rent this storage unit because I needed one fast and I needed it as inexpensive as possible. I didn’t think about the pro-rated days left in the month, but after that was added on I got my first free month! I don’t have renter’s insurance currently, but adding their own insurance was almost cheaper! I also opted for 24hr access. You have to pay extra $10/month for that but I think it’s worth it for now.

Clean, tidy, safe and affordable. Located in a beautiful, safe area of Cumming called Vickery. The facilities appear to be brand new and the building actually looks so much like upscale loft townhomes that If this place was an apartment I'd have lived there! Highly impressed with the professionalism of the staff. The climate control actually works and it works WELL. State of the art security, quick speady large freight elevators, and multiple entry points enabled us access to our storage unit without feeling like we'd been walking all day. All this and reasonably priced too! We'll rest easy knowing our belongings are in good hands at Midgard self storage Cumming GA!

Best way to find a storage unit

First of all,the customer service was amazing. I was able to find the unit size I needed for, compared to the competitors, the lowest price out there. I was even able to select a unit, ground level and a straight shot from the door. For a climate controlled facility these guys are Topps.
